Math operators

  • Mathematical expressions are entered in the mathematical notation

  • An expression can include numbers, variable, operators, and functions

  • The math operators have different priority, which determines the order of their calculation

  • The following list shows the priority levels of the math operators

  • Within a priority group, "RedCrab" evaluates functions from left to right

  • Calculations within a pair of parentheses are evaluated first

  1. ∙, /, DIV, MOD, AND
  2. +, -, OR, XOR
  3. <, >, ≤, ≥, ≡, ≠

  • The Boolean operators compare two real values and get the value one (if true) or the value zero (if false) as result

  • ! For Boolean comparison, the math operators can be applied only on real numbers

  • The Boolean operators have another function if they are applied with lists
